Did you purchase a property to make into an Airbnb but lack the skills and vision to create it into something that really stands ourt from all the rest? That's where we come in! We can be a part of the whole design process from material selection, paint color consults, furniture selection, and purchasing all the decor. We can be there through the whole process from start to finish. We try to create a cohesive design throughout the property and create a design that is different from all the other Airbnb's in the area. We want potential vacationers to see this property and immediately want to stay time and time again. Pictured above is an Airbnb in Colchester, Ontario that I co-designed with the homeowner. We were going for a light and airy boho chic feel throughout the property.

styling
Styling a home is the icing on the cake! My favorite part of the project because it really makes the room come to life! It's all the little details from pillows, blankets, candles, table decor, flowers, plants, and anything that really pulls the whole feel of the room together. This is the last part of the project before photos are taken and you are ready to start renting your property. The styling portion of the project includes sourcing, and purchasing your items (this will be an added expense to the homeowner), and then setting up all the items in the home. The pricing for this aligns with the interior design pricing as it is calculated in hours.
